An economic miracle. Were not a rich country, people died of starvation in the 19th century. There were no wars. No slaves and no colonies. Hitler was going to attack, but didn't.
Very good trains and excellent connectivity to the countries around: Italy, Germany, France. Great airport connectivity.
Three official languages: German, Italian, French, as a consequence good internationality.
Garbage tax is included in the price of garbage bags.
Women received the right to vote in 1960, and in some cantons only in 1990. At the same time, a woman president as early as 1999.
